Mission

ICT Latin America is a peer-reviewed, bilingual academic journal dedicated to advancing research and practice in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) across Latin America and beyond. Our mission is to foster inclusive, cross-cultural academic dialogue by publishing high-quality research in both English and Spanish, bridging the gap between Spanish-speaking academic communities and the global information systems research landscape.

We aim to support emerging scholars, graduate students, and established researchers by providing a platform for innovative, interdisciplinary, and socially impactful ICT research that addresses the unique challenges and opportunities in Latin American contexts.
