About the Journal

The Journal of Values‑Based Business is a peer‑reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research and practice at the intersection of ethics, leadership, organizational behavior, and sustainable business strategy. We publish work that explores how values—personal, organizational, societal, and cultural—shape business decisions, stakeholder relationships, and long‑term organizational outcomes.

Our mission is to foster a global conversation around business practices that prioritize integrity, accountability, and human flourishing. As organizations navigate increasingly complex economic, environmental, and social landscapes, values‑based thinking offers a powerful framework for creating positive impact and building resilient, purpose‑driven enterprises.
